It’s never been more clear to me in my 25 years of long term care how much everyone of you and your teams represent “The Man in the Arena”. Your efforts, your commitment and everything that you are doing for those in your facilities is inspiring. You are heroes, you are family, you are friends, and you are together in a battle that can be won and you’re doing all you can to win! Please know that you are an inspiration to us at THCA in so many ways and we will continue to fight for you for funding, resources, for protections and for the respect you so deserve!
