Double check your staffing enhancement levels for FY 2016THCA recently discovered that a mistake was made in HHSC’s awarding of Staffing Enhancement Levels for FY 2016. Due to this error, approximately 500 NF contracts weren’t awarded the proper level. Although the agency caught the error before the rates were entered into the Claims Management System at DADS, the incorrect levels were initially posted on HHSC’s website. The corrected levels have now been posted on the website, but THCA highly encourages you to compare what is now on the website with what you think are your awarded levels for FY 2016.
