The Texas Advancing Excellence LANE has developed a nurse aide guide for success that nursing facilities can use to ensure that staff are being trained on all aspects of their job to prevent any confusion in expectations.

Another tool developed by the Texas AE LANE is Tips for Leaders on Employee Retention. Employee Retention turnover is costly and time-consuming. Enclosed is a tip sheet to reference ideas for consideration in retaining your staff.
