Register Now for the 2016 Nursing Facility DON Training Academy

Do you want to improve the quality of care for your residents? How about making sure you know and understand DADS nursing home regulatory requirements? Then register today for a 3-day How to be a Successful Director of Nursing in a Texas Nursing Facility DON Academy session near you.

The academy is free and continuing education hours will be provided. Sessions run from April through June 2016. It is sponsored by DADS, the Texas Health Care Association and the TMF Quality Innovation Network – Quality Improvement Organization, in collaboration with nursing home DONs.

The registration site includes training prerequisites as well as training dates and locations.

Each 3-day course is open to nursing home:

  • Directors Of Nursing
  • Assistant Directors Of Nursing
  • Corporate nurses
  • Licensed nursing facility administrators
  • Nurses who could become Directors Of Nursing
