THCA PAC Summer Golf Tournament

THCA PAC Co-Chairs Mark McKenzie, Senior Care Centers; and Ron Payne, Southwest LTC, are excited to have our Summer “Golf Fore PAC” Tournament return to the beautiful Wolfdancer Golf Club and encourage all long term care professionals to support this important cause by registering for and/or sponsoring the tournament.

Located on the site at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa, Host Hotel of THCA’s Summer Conference, Wolfdancer Golf Club is an award-winning course that provides a tough but fair challenge for players of every level, making it an excellent choice to host our tournament. Limited to 100 players, our tournament will consist of 4-player teams competing in a Select Shot Scramble Format. Register your 4-player team or as an individual player to be placed on a team early! Pre-registration for this event is required.

Note: Registration for this tournament is limited to THCA members, THCA Summer Conference registered attendees and tournament sponsors.

Player Registration Contribution: $150 per player if paid before June 30th; $165 per player after June 30th. Registration Contributions are payable by personal dollars only.

Tournament Sponsorship Registration: Act now to ensure your company receives maximum exposure before, during and after tournament. Select sponsorships provide complimentary player/s in the tournament! Tournament Sponsorships are payable by company/corporate dollars as they are not contributions to THCA PAC.

$500 Club Contributions: All member facilities are asked to participate in the “500 Club” by raising at least $500 per year. When sending in your facility fundraising contributions, please ensure it includes the name of your facility and the name of your facility administrator, is payable and mailed to THCA PAC, P.O.
