THCA EDUCATION POLICIES

***Note*** These policies apply to THCA Continuing Education seminars only.  Other seminars, including EIA seminars, may have different policies.

  • Credit Policy:  Credit is available for future seminars if THCA is notified of cancellation before pre-registration closes.  Credit is equal to a registration fee minus $25 cancellation fee.   Credit is issued in the form of a coupon, which must be presented for payment.   Coupons expire one year from date of issue.  Full credit will be issued to seminar participants who are unable to attend due to a documented survey.

  • Lunches are included for 8 hour seminars; lunches and packets are not guaranteed for on-site registrants.

  • Substitution of participants allowed without penalty.

  • Fax registrations require credit card payment.  For registrations by mail, payment can be made by check, credit card, or money order.  Credit card will be charged for payment of seminar or for cancellation fee.  Please call to confirm receipt of fax registration.  No telephone registrations, please.

  • Enrollment is limited for most seminars.  PLEASE PRE-REGISTER to help in planning packets, lunches, and meeting room space.

  • Seminars begin at 8:15 am and end at 4:30 pm and include a working lunch.  You must be present all day to receive continuing education credit.
