The 2008 Trade Show is Sold Out.  To get on a waiting list, please e-mail Darren Wright at dwright@txhca.org.

Our 2007 had approximately 750 Attendees and we expect our 2008 Convention to be no different.  This year, we are doing our booth registration online.  Please follow the steps below to reserve a booth.

  1. Please read the 2008 Exhibitor Prospectus before signing up for your booth to get valuable information regarding the 2008 Convention & Trade Show.  If you have any further questions, please contact Darren Wright at dwright@txhca.org or by calling 512.458.1257.
     

  2. Take a look at the Current Floor Layout to view booth locations.  Hint:  Use your mouse pointer over the booths with the Blue border to see who is occupying the booth space so that you do not choose a booth that is too close to a competitor.
     

  3. Exhibitor List showing exhibitor name & booth information (Excel File)
     

  4. When you are ready to register, please go to the 2008 Booth Reservation Request page, fill out the form and click "Submit".   You will be contacted by THCA regarding your booth placement and at that time, payment arrangements will be made (a minimum non-refundable deposit of $850 will be due and you will also be required to join as a 2008 business member ($400) if you have not joined already).
